How to respond to "Thanks, but I'm not interested"

Apr 29, 2025

When a prospect says:

"Thank you for the offer, but I'm not interested"

I usually reply with:

"All good! How come? (no wrong answers - just curious)”

It's completely fine if a prospect isn't interested. But make sure to ask them WHY they aren't interested - that feedback can be very helpful for you.

And, every once in a while, the prospect does become interested after they talk a bit.

Sending this message is a good, non-salesy way to get a natural conversation flowing.
